Election Process
- The election officer will be the immediate past president of the chapter.
- Those interested - have to fill the nomination papers and consent form and send it to the election officer by due date (as notified by election officer)
- The election officer will make a final list for every nomination and make the ballot paper in the format given.
- The election officer in consultation with the president will fix a date for AGM Election as agenda. The Election will be held, votes counted and results declared during this AGM.
- All those who became life members on or before 31st. December 2009 are eligible to vote.
